The whole crew was super nice, but that's where the good stuff ends. The breakfast was a joke, just some sad cookies and coffee, felt more like a punishment than a meal. I mean, you'd think they could at least throw in some fruit or something. My kids were not happy.

I noticed the curtains had stains and the walls had scuffs everywhere. The bathroom door had a hole, and the Kleenex holder was practically falling apart. Housekeeping didn’t replace the towels properly, so we ended up with just one washcloth during our stay. On top of that, the carpet felt dirty and the smell in the room was quite musty. It was frustrating trying to find a comfortable environment with all the noise at night from people outside. I can't believe they associate their name with this hotel. There is much room for improvement with cleanliness and overall upkeep, but the staff seemed friendly, which was a slight bright spot.

Had a great time with my friends during our stay! We caught a live performance at the Civic Theatre and enjoyed exploring the Clegg Botanic Gardens nearby. The location is awesome, close to fun activities, including golfing and the Columbian Park Zoo. Great for a group getaway!

However, we did have an issue with towels being unavailable at one point during our stay, which was a bit frustrating.

I appreciated the central location which made it easy to walk to nearby parks like Clegg Memorial Garden, just under 3 km away, and enjoy casual dining at local spots like Cracker Barrel, just about 500 meters from the hotel, creating a relaxing atmosphere for my city explorations.

This was just an excellent fit for a weekend in Lafayette with reasonable value. The bed was comfortable, worth the $50 price. Don't expect much for breakfast. the options were lacking.
