It was frustrating trying to find a comfortable environment with all the noise at night from people outside. I can't believe they associate their name with this hotel. There is much room for improvement with cleanliness and overall upkeep, but the staff seemed friendly, which was a slight bright spot.

Had a great time with my friends during our stay! We caught a live performance at the Civic Theatre and enjoyed exploring the Clegg Botanic Gardens nearby. The location is awesome, close to fun activities, including golfing and the Columbian Park Zoo. Great for a group getaway!
